You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking number so that you can easily track your package. shipping costs Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. We offer free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands for orders over €45. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be charged, which you can see during the checkout process.
delivery We deliver our packages throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Returns at Falco Caffè
At Falco Caffè, we want you to always be satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you wish to return your products, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Returns are quick and easy to arrange.
What can you return?
You can only return unopened and undamaged products. Unfortunately, opened coffee bags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
refunds Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a full refund via the payment method you used for the order. This can take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
